Sophie Molle
Senior Manager Healthcare Community Engagement, GS1
After 8 years working in the fight against illicit trade at the World Customs Organisation and Cotecna Inspection, Sophie has joined GS1 Healthcare since 2017 to lead the Solution partners global initiative as well as the Business development.
She is also in charge of strengthening the relationship within the GS1 Healthcare community and developing strategic partnerships with other international organisations.
Advocating GS1 standards and global harmonisation around the world, Sophie is an active contributor of the IMPACCT group working on the topic of importation of medicine and medical equipment during disease outbreaks.

Ozan Onat
IT Supply Chain Program Manager, UCB
Ozan Onat is working as IT Supply Chain Program Manager at UCB Biopharma since 2020. Prior to his UCB Biopharma experience, he had been leading major technical initiatives around supply chain and manufacturing in the FMCG industry for 10 years. He started his career in R&D department of an aerospace company. Ozan Onats formal education is a BS in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA.

Stefan Artlich
Global Process Owner Track & Trace, Bayer
Stefan Artlich is the Global Process Owner track & trace at Bayer and manages track & trace country rollouts for Bayer. He engages on a strategic level for supply chain improvements ensuring patients’ safety and uninterrupted access to medicines. Since 2016 he serves as an elected member of the GS1 Healthcare Leadership Team that steers GS1 Healthcare’s activities for the integration of GS1 standards into the supply chain processes of the healthcare sector in order to drive patient safety and supply chain efficiency improvements not only in the private but as well in the public sector.

Andrew Robinson
Director for Global Packaging Design and Artwork, CSL Behring
Andrew Robinson is Director for Global Packaging Design and Artwork at CSL Behring. He is located at one of the company’s manufacturing facilities in Marburg, Germany and leads a global team responsible for Packaging Design, Development, Innovation and Artwork. Andrew has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over thirty years covering R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics Quality and Serialization.

Paul Harffey
Global IT Product Digitalization, Syngenta
Based in the UK, Paul had his academic education in Chemistry before working in Research & Development in the Oil Additives Industry. He made the shift into IT and Agriculture with a move to Syngenta in 2003 and has worked there in a variety of IT leadership positions in Research & Development and Corporate IT.
Until 2021 he most recently headed up IT & Digital Sourcing and Supplier Management before being tempted into the world of Track & Trace at the start of this year as the Global IT Lead for Syngenta’s Product Digitalization initiative.

Thomas Horn
Business Architect, Syngenta
Thomas Horn is working for Syngenta since 2010. He is the Global IT Lead for the Syngenta product digitalization, the so called GPD program which includes track & trace capabilities. During his career he was working in the production and supply chain space.

Matthias Deindl
Head of Industry 4.0 Center EMEA & India, SAP
Matthias Deindl is an Industry 4.0 and IoT enthusiast with more than ten years of work and leadership experience in dynamic environments with interdisciplinary teams. He is currently responsible for the Industry 4.0 Center activities in EMEA & India, aiming at accelerating the Industry 4.0 journey of customers in process and discrete industries. Before SAP, Matthias worked at Bosch as a Group Leader and Product Owner in a Corporate IoT Startup as well as an Innovation Manager in Corporate Logistics. Prior to that, he was a Project Lead and Head of Department in R&D at RWTH Aachen.
In numerous consulting pilot and rollout projects, Matthias has acquired domain knowledge in various industries such as automotive, aviation, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, and logistics.
Matthias holds a Diplom in industrial engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a doctorate in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen.

Christoph Knak
Product Expert for Discrete Industries, SAP
Christoph Knak is the SAP Automotive Traceability Expert and CatenaX Development Lead at SAP. He has been with the company for more than 5 years helping companies to pave their way to full supply chain traceability.

Ettore Soldi
President & Managing Director, Engineering USA
Ettore is President of Engineering USA, the U.S. subsidiary of the Engineering Group, as well as the head of the global organization’s Industries eXcellence Global division. Under Ettore’s lead, Engineering USA has become a market leader in digital transformation solutions across many manufacturing sectors. His North American success and vision to build the only company in the world specialized and able to deliver all the solutions, services and industry expertise needed to help enterprises achieve Industry 4.0 were the driving forces behind the launch of the Engineering Group’s Industries eXcellence Global division, which he now leads into the future.
Ettore holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Universita’ degli Studi di Genova and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Stefan Hockenberger
Managing Director, Europe, Movilitas
Stefan is a hands-on strategic business leader with international experience in sales, marketing and professional services. He spend the last 20 years within IT with a recent focus on processes, services and technologies around Serialization and Track & Trace.
Prior to Movilitas, Stefan was responsible for major Track & Trace initiatives at SAP while during his career at Movilitas he established Movilitas as the global market leader in the space of SAP Track & Trace. In his current role Stefan is the Managing Director of Movilitas Europe managing the offices in Germany, UK, Belgium and France. Additionally, he oversees all expansion activities into Asia.
With a strong current focus on Digital Supply Chain, Stefan works closely with the operational leads of the Movilitas business units (Track & Trace, Digital Manufacturing, Asset Management and Warehouse & Logistics) delivering transformative solutions and opportunities, guiding Movilitas’ customers on their journey to connected insights.

Marco Steinkamp
Sales Director, Europe, Movilitas
Marco Steinkamp studied Logistics at the Fontys University of Applied Science in Venlo (NL). In 2005, he joined British American Tobacco (BAT). During his 10+ years with BAT, he held several positions and was a member of BAT’s local and later also global supply chain organization.
For more than four years, he also supported BAT’s Global Track and Trace Program as senior project manager in the logistics as well as manufacturing environment. With this end-to-end supply chain track and trace experience and expertise, he joined Movilitas as the European Sales Director for Track and Trace in May 2015. After moving into the role of the Global Sales Director for Track and Trace in 2017, Marco Steinkamp became European Sales Director in December 2019.
