Our Covid-19 Policy
We take the health and safety of our attendees, partners, suppliers and staff very seriously. We are continuously monitoring the health and government guidelines laid out by our host country in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be in touch regularly in the lead up to our events to inform you of any additional measures, over and above this policy, based on developments in the host country.
By attending, you agree to abide by applicable German regulations and our health & safety rules, and to conduct yourself in accordance with all provided instructions. This will include, but is not limited to:
refraining from coming to the event, or leaving promptly if you test positive for, or develop symptoms associated with COVID-19, or if you are required to be in self-isolation or quarantine by COVID-19 regulations in Germany or at the location you are travelling from;
complying with the prevailing mask-wearing policy communicated at the event;
following instructions on physical distancing and crowd circulation at the event;
observing good hand-washing and hygiene etiquette;

Refunds for cancelled event
If the situation changes and we have to take the decision to cancel the event, we will inform you and automatically refund your order. All refunds should be received within 7-10 business days. You will not need to take any action.
Event date changes
If we take the decision to reschedule the event, you can submit a request to receive a full refund of your order. Once we process your request, you should receive the refund within 7-10 business days. Please contact us here.
